Easy Cold Brew Recipes


Basic Cold Brew Coffee: Ingredients:

  • Coarsely ground coffee beans (about 1 cup)

  • 4 cups of cold water

Instructions:

  1. In a large jar or container, combine the coarsely ground coffee beans and cold water.

  2. Stir well to ensure all the coffee grounds are fully saturated.

  3. Cover the jar with a lid or plastic wrap.

  4. Let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for about 12-24 hours. The steeping time will affect the strength of the brew, so you can adjust it according to your preference.

  5. Once steeped, strain the coffee mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter into another container to remove the coffee grounds.

  6. Dilute the cold brew concentrate with water or milk, if desired, and serve over ice. You can also sweeten or flavor it as per your preference.




Creamy Vanilla Cold Brew: Ingredients:

  • Coarsely ground coffee beans (about 1 cup)

  • 4 cups of cold water

  • 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup or vanilla extract (adjust to taste)

  • Sweetener of your choice (optional)

  • Milk or cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Follow the same steps as the basic cold brew recipe above to prepare the cold brew concentrate.

  2. Once the cold brew concentrate is ready, stir in the vanilla syrup or vanilla extract. You can also add sweetener if desired.

  3. To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour the cold brew concentrate over it, leaving some space at the top.

  4. Add milk or cream to your liking and give it a stir.

  5. Garnish with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired.
